We wanted to reach out with a few updates to how we’ll be handling scheduling and cancellations at Primal Recovery moving forward. These changes help us give you more control over your care while protecting the quality of every session and the time of the therapists working hard on your recovery.
You’re now in the driver’s seat with scheduling
Moving forward, we’ll no longer be booking your one-on-one appointments or rehab gym sessions for you. Instead, you’ll have full control to schedule (and reschedule) directly through the Jane app — anytime, from anywhere.
If you run into any trouble logging in or finding a time that works, our front desk team is happy to walk you through it.
A quick note on pricing
If you’re currently on a package or a custom payment arrangement we’ve already agreed on, nothing about your pricing changes. When you go to book, you may see different prices listed in Jane than what you’re paying — don’t worry about it. We’re monitoring every account on the back end and will make all the necessary adjustments for you. You won’t be charged anything different than what we’ve agreed to.
Rehab gym sessions are now capped at 5 athletes
To protect the quality of every rehab gym session, we’re capping attendance at 5 individuals per session. This means:
• If you’re not booked through the Jane app, you won’t be able to attend. We’ll no longer be able to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled drop-ins. • Booking ahead ensures your spot, keeps our gyms from overflowing, and lets our therapists deliver the focused, high-quality coaching you signed up for.
This isn’t about red tape — it’s about making sure every athlete in the room gets real attention, not a watered-down group experience.
